Check In/Check Out

Drop your child off between 8:45 and 9:00 at the circle drive in the front of the school.  PLEASE do not arrive earlier.  We need to allow time for k-4 grade students to arrive using the  normal drop off procedures at the circle drive.

LOOK for your child’s teacher upon arrival so they can check your child in, and mark them as in attendance.  Please do each of these steps to properly and safely check in your child before you leave.

  • Medication drop off– Any medication to be administered needs to be in its original container, clearly marked with your child’s name.  An adult will cross check to make sure all medication left is listed on the med form you sent in giving written permission to administer medication.
  • Lunch Check In– A volunteer will check for a teacher’s & student’s name on the lunch  and place your child’s lunch in the appropriate box.
  • Tagging Luggage– A colored tape will be placed on your child’s luggage to help identify it upon arrival at camp.
  • Luggage Drop Off– Luggage will be given to volunteers to load and take to camp.

* Plan on being back at Georgetown Elementary at 7:00 on Tuesday, May 24 to pick up your TIRED camper.   🙂
